We do not offer refunds. We only offer replacements in case of a damaged item.

Replacement Conditions

You may request a replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures of the issue
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

Important Notes

  • Change of mind is not eligible for replacement
  • Shipping charges for replacement may apply
  • Items damaged after use will not be accepted
