We do not offer refunds. We only offer replacements in case of a damaged item.
Replacement Conditions
You may request a replacement if:
- The item received is damaged
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures of the issue
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
Important Notes
- Change of mind is not eligible for replacement
- Shipping charges for replacement may apply
- Items damaged after use will not be accepted
